Sledding

 We bought some sleds and found a hill and took the kids sledding for their first time ever.  They didn't last long out in the cold and kept going into the car to warm up, but they loved it. 

 This was Stephen's first time down the hill-he was laughing and loving it...

 Still loving it until...

 Face plant right in the snow!!!  Poor kid was crying because it was SO cold!!!  He cringes when he sees this picture!

 It took a while but Stephen finally got over his face plant and decided to give sledding another try!

 After sledding, we headed back to Denver to spend the night near the airport since out flight was SUPER early.  For dinner we went to a Brazilian Steakhouse- a favorite of Natalie's.  We were celebrating three years off chemo for our girl!!!!!!!!

 This may be one of my favorite pictures ever!!!  Everything is precious, right down to the mismatched socks!

Three flights later--grateful for a dvd player- and back home on the 23rd--just in time to get a few last minute gifts under the tree and enjoy Christmas Eve together!
