This little guy is good at puzzles. He put new puzzle together with no trouble on his first try.
Making lemonade!!
Artwork fun!
Still enjoying being my "little chef."
SO cute!!
I love how he REALLY gets into it!!
Her princess painting.
Finally warm enough to start cooking out in the backyard again. I think we have cooked out two or three times this month. This night we were just trying out Daddy's smore maker from Christmas. The kids LOVED it.
Too cute!
Who doesn't love marshmellows?
Natalie looking pretty with Grandma.
My pretty girl helping Mommy bake.
Nice hair!!! Reminds me of the 4th of July when Natalie was 18 months old- we were in the mountains standing on these HUGE rocks and all of our hair suddenly started standing up just like this--made us quite nervous of lighting.
Too cute!
SO excited with the cool angry bird poster Daddy spoiled him with. He was SO excited to hang it on his bedroom door all by himself.
Silly!
VERY excited about her book fair book- Mommy helped her pick it out--couldn't pass it up--love it!!
After her open house/bookfair we had a fun night with Grandma & Grandpa who were visiting from out of town--dinner and dessert at Cheesecake Factory and then Stephen was dying to go to Barnes and Noble. So the kids got even more books. Natalie got this chapter book of James and the Giant Peach. I had her read the first page out loud to me and she is reading sooo fast and with hardly and trouble. The only needed help with a few words and they were ones that were split between lines. After she was done reading I asked her to tell me about it and she was able to put it all in her own words.
I am SO proud of her. She has moved to a level 28 in english reading (which is very good) and her spanish teacher told me that Natalie understands EVERYTHING. She can't believe it and was wondering what we are doing. Nil from us--it is all our girl and her amazing language skills. Her teacher told us that Natalie is on par with another girl whose mother is from south america and she has been bilingual her whole life--I think she older too. She said the two of them get everything and everyone else in the class is "kind of like hmmm?"
These two are the best of friends!
Jumping rope with brother being her shadow--lots of laughter!!
Oh, these were the St Patricks day cookies Natalie helped me with.
Trying on dresses for the upcoming Childrens Cancer Fund Fashionshow.
A major highlight for me- nothing better than dress shopping with my girl.
This one ended up the winner!
