First Plane Ride & New Nephew

Brian's 1st plane ride!  I was a little nervous to travel with such a little baby, five weeks and one day, on an airplane.  I think I am a mostly recovered germ-a-phobe, but some things bring it all back...and traveling with a newborn is one of those things.
He was such a good baby and hardly made a peep, even after our flight was delayed for more than 2 hours for weather.  We flew into Vegas even though Provo was our actual destination because it saved us over a thousand dollars.  My parents live about an hour and a half from Vegas and my Mom came and picked us up and my Grandma (she recently moved in with my parents and can no longer drive) let us borrow her car for the week so we didn't even have to rent one.  After stopping and spending the night and part of the day with my parents we headed up to Provo.  It was only another 4 1/2 hours or so and even with a newborn, the drive was well worth the money we saved.

My Dad's SUPER fancy massage chair was a big hit with the kids- but an even bigger hit with David.  He sat in it for hours.

What a cutie!!
My Grandma and the kids Great Grandma!

My Mom loving on baby Brian.

Stephen's new Angry Bird hat--lookin' stylish.

They love Grandma's big Jacuzzi tub.

Two years ago my Brother and his wife lost their first little baby.  Angel Stephen was born without a skull or fully developed brain and only lived for 50 minutes.

While we were in Utah for the wedding, my sister in law had her baby.  Another little boy.  They named him Spencer and he is perfectly healthy!!  He weighed over 9 pounds and she delivered him naturally!  I was SO thrilled to hear of Spencer's safe arrival.  We were able to go up to see them the day after the baby was born.  Baby Spencer was totally precious and it was so fun to see the two little boy cousins together--just six weeks apart.  My Mom got three new Grandbabies over the course of 9 weeks this summer--wow!!

Baby Spencer- look at those lips and cheeks.

Awww cousins!

Precious!
