I love the pictures of David opening the pearl we got Natalie in San Fransisco--I LOVE her reaction and I love how EVERYONE in the house eagerly gathered around. I think it is something everyone has always kind of wished to see--how a pearl actually looks inside an oyster. I know I always have. The fact that it was in preserving chemicals (smelled like fermaldahyde) didn't even damper the excitement. It was a lot of fun!
