State!!!

A large portion of the summer was taken up with Natalie's swimming practices and meets- she loved it!! Her relay team won quite a few second and third place ribbons and at the regional meet her relay won 7th.  She was an alternate to go to the state competition and ended up getting the chance to go.  The meet was 7 hours away in Corpus Christi.  Since I had just had a baby two weeks before, David ended up just taking Natalie for a super short trip.  But they had a great time!  She read James and the Giant Peach in the car and had fun checking out some new restraunts with her Daddy.

If anyone wonders why we always seem to be taking pictures of Natalie eating, I suppose it is because it makes us SO happy to see her enjoying food after her rough start in life with food.
