Grandma B's House

Being greeted by Gramms!
BIG HUGS!!!!
The Cousins!! Stephen and Natalie had the BEST time playing with their cousins; and Stephen was especially in heaven being the center of attention from four pretty girls!!

Karen turned one shortly after David and I started dating, so it is a little crazy to me how grown up she is...

One of my favorite mountains!! I love Utah in the spring and summer, it is SO beautiful and the outdoors seems to just beckon to you...

More girls for The Colonel to pick flowers for...

Meeting The Cousins new pets! Quite a treat for Stephen who is always wanting to pick up every bug and animal he sees--he is always trying to get close enough to pet any duck he sees (or he likes to chase them); how much better to get to hold one.

Oh David...always the tease!
Natalie was a bit scared to hold a duck after her cousins warned her that they have sharp toe nails--but she sure did enjoy feeding them LOTS of food.
David's family are game people and when we were dating we spent many Sunday afternoons at Becky's house playing Clue Master Detective- those were good times--Grandma likes to cheat though so we have to watch her:) We tried a new game this trip called Crack the Case- a little more relaxing and less competitive but LOTS of fun!! While we played, the two little girls dressed up and showed off years of dance outfits. This was the only pic I took, but let me just say that they were GORGEOUS!!! I can't believe how grown up and beautiful my girl is!

The Colonel was insistent that he had to brin ghis "night cap" on vacation and sleep in it- so cute.
Having a sleep over with her cousins was one of Natalie's most favorite things!!
Breakfast at Grandma's is always a huge treat, she is always up making breakfast and waiting on everyone and making them feel super special.

Always looking for bugs!
When we bought a porch swing for David for Father's Day, Natalie reminisced about how much she loved Grandma's porch swing. She remembered it from two years ago- it surprised me in a way. But I remembered how much she loved it then and the special moments we had outside relaxing, enjoying the beautiful Utah mornings, sitting with Grandma, and playing with toys from when Daddy was a boy--so really it doesn't surprise me that she remembered!

I think the thing Natalie and Stephen loved the most at Grandma's this time (besides the sleepovers) was the HOURS spent playing and playing; running in and out with her cousins.

I love how our kids just love each other, and love to be together!
