it matched better with Stephen's costume and they just
LOVED how cute Brian was as Scooby!!

This is Dr. Tart!!!
He was going to be Batman and then he saw this magnifying glass at party
city and decided he HAD to be Dr. Tart!! The hat and pipe we found were all TOO PERFECT!!!
I love that he got so excited about being Dr. Tart--coincidently the nickname he gave his Brother from an old Don Knotts movie called Private Eyes.
We had a fun night but wished Daddy wasn't working.
