More Carlos Bakery!!
Waiting with Daddy to order her cake--
she wanted Red Velvet of course!!
This is how crowded it was inside!!
It was difficult to even look in the display cases.
Across the street from the bakery was City Hall--what a cool old building.
So much character!!
Stephen was a HUGE fan of the Subway (except the areas that smelled)...
he always wanted to stand and like the dare devil he is, I would constantly catch him letting go, planting his fee,t and with a determined look on his face try to keep his balance. Crazy kid!!
We decided our treats from the bakery would make a good lunch once we got to the city. Natalie got a pumpkin cupcake and I just had to try the carrot cake cupcake. David tried the tiramisu (yuck) and Stephen licked the frosting off his spiderweb cupcake and gobbled down an M & M cookie!!
Yum, yum!!
Museum of Natural History!!
Stephen was SO SO into this area. He LOVES sharks and wanted to pose with all of them. He took great pleasure on being our tour guide and telling all sorts of things about them!!
Stephen calls these "Octomus Squid."
I'm not sure he's right, but he talks about them and draws them all the time.
He LOVES them!!
SO COOL!!
Something was impressive!!!
David and the kids thought this was the funniest thing ever...
they called him Gonzo!!
When we walked past this picture, Stephen said the most hilarious thing; only problem is I can't remember what the hilarious thing was anymore. That is the story of my life. Hoping it comes back to me, but it still makes me grin to see the picture.
From the movie!!
Interesting.
Stephen ADORED the rock room (he is my son)!!
They thought this was pretty cool too!
More Time Square!!
Must be in a Chocolate Mood!!
The kids had fun checking out all the cool stuff in the Hershey Store.
They both picked up a fun souvenir, but it was not these HUGE bars of chocolate.
We also had fun in the M & M store.
It was an impressive three floors and had tons of fun stuff!!
When Natalie saw this Broadway show, she had to take a picture for her friend.
They watched this together and she loved it!!
Speaking of Broadway shows, as we were walking Natalie saw the sign for Cinderella on Broadway and she got SO excited and said she wished she could go to that...
Hehe, little did she know Daddy already got tickets!!
Love surprises!!
Such a cool city!!
