Welcome to NYC!!!

9/11 Memorial

Roses are placed on people's names when it is their birthday
as a way to honor and remember them.

This photo was taken by Natalie and is beautiful,
it shows the rebuilding going on in the background.

New One World Trade Center standing at a symbolic 1776 feet,
it is now the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere and the 4th tallest in the world.

First view of Statue of Liberty from Battery Park
SO, SO excited to see "Lady Liberty!!!"

Central Park!!!
Love this picture of them in Central Park.
They loved spending time playing at one of the cool playgrounds we found.

Love these beautiful fall colors.
This was our dream that we talked about...
Central Park in the fall with the leaves changing colors.
These will be lasting memories!

I thought this tree was so cool.
It has been carved by many, many people in love!

Times Square!!!

Going on the ferris wheel in Toys R' Us!!

You didn't get to pick your car on the ferris wheel,
but I know they wished they had gotten this one (Stephen is a closet My Little Pony fan)
or the Scooby Doo one...
So I had to take a picture instead.

We had so much fun eating hotdogs from the street vendors amongst the crowds of people and watching all the characters while we ate.  Stephen was so funny because he was SO offended by the Naked Cowboy (well in his underwear).  He told me he wanted Batman (also out there) to pick him up, toss him, and tell him to go home and put on some clothes.  Such a funny kid.
