Thanksgiving School Break

A break from school is usually broken into two parts- the beginning of the week with me and the kids using finding fun stuff to do at home and just enjoy not having to go anywhere and the later part of the week when David is off work and we make up for the fact that he normally doesn't have a day off when the kids do and we go out and play.  This is the first part of the week!!

Brian my cute little helper!!!

Going on a jog/walk with Mom.

It was cold out but since we had been walking we were
warmed up enough to go to the park and play on our way back.

He loves his hats!!!

Art projects!!!

We took my cousins to Six Flags Holiday in the Park and had a fun time showing them around.  They have an exchange student living with them so it was fun for my kids to talk to her and find out about her Scandinavian country.  The other really fun part is that several of them haven't been on any big coasters before and my kids took GREAT delight in showing them the ropes and encouraging them to go on the biggest and fastest coasters.  It is always fun to see someone's reaction the first time they try something new!!

Getting a haircut- isn't he the cutest!!

No early bed time means that we can go see a movie when Daddy gets off work!!

Everyone LOVED this movie- several of us
(Natalie and Mom and maybe Stephen) were in tears!!
