MAW Ice Cream Social & Picture Day

Natalie was asked to be an honary ice cream scooper at Cold Stone Creamery's Annual Ice Cream Social to raise money for MAW. Natalie had so much fun and can't wait to go back next year. It was a perfect job for my little people person.


This boy was her helper all night long and Natalie talked his ear off. She made him bring her dozens of napkins- she did not like having sticky ice cream on them.
Natalie scooped for almost three hours and they had a pretty good flow of customers. Her finger was sore and red at the end but she still had a grin from ear to ear.

Hanging these MAW stars up during a slow time was one of her favorite things of the night.
At the end they let her pick out her favorite ice cream. She was patient all night scooping without even a taste until then. She picked green ice cream with chocolate chips, one of her favorites.
She asked her scooping partner to come and sit with her to eat her ice cream...she isn't shy one bit. It was a table for two and I wasn't invited, so cute!



These are some pictures from a little photo shoot with Make A Wish that Natalie was invited to participate in a few weeks ago. She had so much fun taking photos and seeing some of her friends and meeting new ones. She loved the blue frosting on the cupcakes and was very patient waiting until the very end to eat them so she wouldn't have a blue mouth in the pictures. Natalie is quite photogenic and I am excited to see how the professional pictures of her turned out. It was a fun experience for her.
